Usually, the process of creation takes 9-14 days, depending of the size and number of figures in a painting.

North America: 2-4 weeks
Europe: 2-4 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-6 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-5 weeks

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

We believe in our artists to deliver a masterpiece which you would love and leave no space for dissatisfaction. I created about 1000 portraits and all my customers are totally happy!
I will create a new painting if the painting is damaged during the shipping (in my experience I had a few cases at the beginning of my business, now I don’t have these problems.
Additional Policies:
If you want, I will not use your portrait in my portfolio, let me know if you don’t allow me to use your portrait.
As a bonus, you can get a video of the painting process, but you will need to write about the video when you order a portrait.
